General Questions

What's included in the course price?

All our courses include professional instruction, kite equipment rental, safety gear, and insurance. For multi-day courses, we also provide water and light snacks. Accommodation and meals are not included unless specified in package deals.

What if the weather conditions are bad?

Safety is our top priority. If conditions are unsuitable, we'll either reschedule your session or provide alternative theory-based training. If we can't complete the minimum required hours, we'll offer a partial refund or credit for future sessions.

What are the age requirements for kitesurfing?

We accept students from 12 years old and up. For minors under 18, we require written consent from a legal guardian. All participants must be able to swim for at least 15 minutes in open water.

Do I need any previous experience?

No previous experience is required for our beginner courses. We start from the very basics and progress at your pace. However, being comfortable in the water and having basic swimming skills is essential.

Booking & Reservations

How do I book a course or camp?

You can book online through our website, call us directly, or send us an email. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (March to November).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the full amount due before the start of your course.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! We offer special rates for groups of 4 or more people. Contact us directly for group booking arrangements and pricing.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: 30% retained. 29-15 days before: 50% retained. 14-3 days before: 80% retained. 2 days or less: 100% retained. Special circumstances may apply.

Equipment & Safety

What equipment do you provide?

We provide all necessary kitesurfing equipment including kites, boards, harnesses, safety gear, and wetsuits. We use top-quality equipment from North Kiteboarding and Duotone.

What should I bring with me?

Bring swimwear, sunscreen, a towel, and any personal items. We recommend bringing your own water bottle and snacks. All technical equipment is provided.

What safety measures do you have in place?

All our instructors are IKO and VDWS certified. We use safety boats, radio communication, and follow strict safety protocols. Equipment is regularly inspected and maintained.

Is insurance included?

Yes, basic insurance is included in all our courses. However, we recommend purchasing additional travel insurance that covers water sports activities.

Courses & Learning

How long does it take to learn kitesurfing?

Most students can ride independently after 3-5 days of instruction. However, learning time varies based on individual ability, weather conditions, and practice time.

Do you provide certification?

Yes, we provide IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization) certification upon successful completion of our courses. This certification is recognized worldwide.

Do you offer private lessons?

Yes, we offer private lessons for individuals or small groups. Private lessons provide personalized attention and faster progress.

What advanced courses do you offer?

We offer advanced courses including wave riding, freestyle tricks, jumping techniques, and competition preparation. Contact us for specific advanced training programs.

Location & Weather

What is the best time of year for kitesurfing?

The best conditions are from March to November, with peak season from May to October. We have consistent winds and warm water temperatures throughout this period.

What are the typical wind conditions?

We experience consistent winds of 15-25 knots, with over 80% windy days during the season. The Red Sea provides ideal conditions for both beginners and advanced riders.

What is the water temperature?

Water temperatures range from 22°C in winter to 30°C in summer. We provide appropriate wetsuits for all conditions.

How do I get to your location?

We are located in El Gouna, Red Sea, Egypt. The nearest airport is Hurghada International Airport (HRG), which is about 30 minutes away. We can arrange airport transfers.

Accommodation & Facilities

Is accommodation included in camp packages?

Accommodation is included in our camp packages. We partner with local hotels and resorts to provide comfortable, beachfront accommodation.

What facilities do you have?

We have changing rooms, showers, equipment storage, and a comfortable lounge area. Our center is located directly on the beach for easy access to the water.

Are there food options available?

We provide light snacks and water during courses. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby. For camps, we can arrange meal packages.

Do you provide transportation?

We provide transportation between your accommodation and our center for camp participants. Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional fee.
